Administrative Coordinator
Seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a small but growing, mom-owned, professional organizing business. Duties include reviewing and responding to incoming emails, keeping team leaders up to date on communications and potential and existing project status, managing and following the project checklist in Asana, sending followup emails, networking, marketing, research, and keeping in touch with social media contact. Starting hours are 8-10/week with more hours as the business grows. Work is remote with periodic in-person meetings in north central Austin. Hours are flexible. Pay starts at $22/hr.
